At Promenade Shopping Centre, our Security team is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Patrolling 24/7, 365 days a year, our uniformed and radio-equipped security professionals ensure a strong presence throughout the mall and parking areas. Security coverage is heightened during peak hours to enhance safety and provide prompt assistance whenever needed. Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to help.

To further support a secure shopping experience, Promenade Security utilizes CCTV surveillance, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid response to any situation.

Our Security team offers a range of services, including:

- Emergency Response: Providing first aid, CPR, and defibrillator assistance for injuries or medical emergencies

- Vehicle Assistance: Helping locate lost or misplaced vehicles

- Lost or Missing Persons: Assisting in locating lost children or individuals
